About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to join our Katherine Mitre10 store. As a full-time position, this role will be based in our store located in Katherine, Northern Territory. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inventory management, and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions

Maintaining store displays, shelves, and inventory levels to ensure products are readily available

Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators

Actively contributing to the implementation of store policies and procedures

Participating in team meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Lead small teams, open and close the store, coach and act as a role model to other staff.
