Just Spas Hobart is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. We sell premium Australian-made spas, swim spas, saunas, and urban pools and we need someone who can sell on quality, not just price.

About the Role:

We are after a results-driven closer someone who thrives on matching customers with the perfect spa solution and can confidently handle objections while focusing on value, longevity, performance, and warranty advantages.

In this role, you will:
✅ Sell spas, swim spas, saunas, and urban pools – helping customers improve their lifestyle.
✅ Convert showroom and online enquiries into sales – in person, by phone, and email.
✅ Assist with general store operations – stock handling, logistics, and customer service.
✅ Work weekends – Saturday and Sunday availability on a rotating roster is essential.

What We ae Looking For:

A strong background in sales, ideally from furniture, bedding, automotive, electronics, or other big-ticket retail sectors.

Confidence in closing deals and handling objections with ease.

Excellent communication skills – you're great at painting the lifestyle, not just describing the product.

Solid attention to detail – especially with product knowledge and paperwork.

CRM and basic computer literacy.

A hands-on team player, willing to help across all aspects of store operations.

A forklift licence is a bonus (but not essential).
