About the role

Seeking an enthusiastic and driven Solar Sales Superstar to join the team at Expert Energy Tasmania. This is a full-time role based in Derwent Park, TAS 7009, where you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing

Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and recommend tailored solar solutions

Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our solar products and services

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

Provide excellent post-sales support and follow-up to maintain strong customer relationships

Stay up-to-date with the latest solar technology, industry trends and competitor offerings

Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets

What we're looking for

A proven track record in sales, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle customer objections

A passion for renewable energy and the desire to make a positive impact on the environment

Ambitious and driven, with a commitment to achieving personal and team sales goals

Excellent time management and organisational skills
