About the role

As a Sales/admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales operations within our Dandenong South VIC site. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing our customers with top-quality products and expert advice.

What you'll be doing

Processing sales doumentation and contracts accurately and efficiently

Create and issue customer invoices

Maintain accurate job files (digital and physical), including quotes, drawings and approvals

Record deposit payments and flag outstanding balances in Xero Accounting Software

Assisting with schedulling transportation and follow up delivery dates

Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards with exceptional organisational skills

Good written and verbal communication abilities combined with an energetic disposition to problem solving (can do attitude)

Previous experience in manufactoring, construction,or trade based business admin is desireable
