What You MUST Bring to the Table:

Hands-on experience in retaining wall construction – this is essential.

A solid background in carpentry, structural landscaping, or civil/earthworks.

Competent machinery operator with current tickets (e.g. excavator, skid steer).

Must have car and license to get to site if you don't have a car you will not be considered.

Operating plant and machinery on both residential and commercial job sites.

Reading plans, installing posts, installing sleepers and managing drainage systems.
