About the role

This is a full-time position for an experienced concreter, formworker and laser screed operator to join the team at Ki-Tec Concrete Construction in Brisbane, QLD. As a key member of the construction crew, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality concrete projects across commercial and industrial developments.

What you'll be doing

Prepare, install and strip formwork for concrete slabs, walls and other structures

Finish concrete to a high standard

Operate laser screed equipment to achieve precise and level concrete surfaces

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards

Collaborate with the wider construction team to deliver projects on time and budget

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a concreter and formworker

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

Strong knowledge of concrete placement techniques, finishing methods and workplace safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

Relevant construction industry tickets and licenses
