With over 250 staff and a strong market presence, they have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and long-standing client relationships, delivering projects valued between $60M and $300M.
Known for their family-feel culture and hands-on, approachable management team, they are now expanding and seeking multiple Finishes Foremen to join their growing site teams.

Position Overview
Due to a strong pipeline of both new and ongoing projects, there is an immediate need for Finishes Foremen across three large-scale builds (each valued at $80M+) located throughout Sydney’s east and west.
Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with the General Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all finishing trades from rough-in and services through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the program to ensure timely and quality delivery of all finishes
• Coordinate and manage daily site operations and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate site diaries, reporting, and forecasts
• Ensure OH&S policies are implemented and upheld on-site
• Uphold high standards of quality assurance across all finishes
• Lead and mentor trades and junior staff
• Collaborate with senior site and project management teams

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Trade qualification (preferably Carpentry)
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractors
• Broad construction knowledge across multiple sectors
• Strong subcontractor coordination and site leadership abilities
• Confident using construction systems and producing daily reports
• In-depth understanding of the finishes process and full construction lifecycle
