Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our production team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be a key part of our day-to-day production operations. Reporting to the Production Manager, your role will involve:

Operating inserting (mailing) machines and/or plastic wrapping equipment

Performing set-up, calibration, and troubleshooting on various machinery

Assisting with hand fulfilment or manual packing tasks as needed

Maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe work environment

Identifying opportunities to improve machine performance and reduce waste

What We’re Looking For

Experience with inserting or mailing machines (e.g., Buhrs, Pitney Bowes, or similar)

Plastic wrapping machine experience (Sitma, CMC or similar) highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Willingness to learn new machines and processes

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
