(✓) You’re coachable, but you’re not here to be taught the basics - you already know how to win

What the job actually looks like:

Calling qualified warm leads (no cold prospecting)

Booking high-quality appointments for our senior consultants

Following up with prospects who’ve attended webinars or events

Managing CRM updates and hitting daily/weekly activity targets

Taking ownership of your performance, energy, and results

This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives in structure, systems, and accountability. You’ll be supported, respected, and challenged - but never micromanaged.
