About The Opportunity

As a Site Supervisor for the North Brisbane team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities during the fit-out construction process. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring our projects stay on time and to budget.

Collaborate with the team to understand project objectives, client expectations, and constraints.

Supervise on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and resolve construction issues effectively.

Manage variation requests, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders.

Generate progress reports, document on-site activities, and track project milestones.

Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and environmental standards.

What You Bring:

3+ years' successful Site Management experience in commercial construction

Cert IV in Building and Construction (if relevant).

Qualifications in site workplace health and safety.

Proficiency in construction processes, codes, and regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents.
