Their Family Law workgroup, led by respected Partners, services a strong and growing client base, advising on all aspects of family law including Binding Financial Agreements, property settlements, parenting matters, and divorce/separation-with a clear focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and exceptional client care. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Family Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate level) to join their collaborative Brisbane team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide high-quality legal advice across a wide range of family law matters, including property, parenting, divorce, and financial agreements
• Manage your own files from start to finish, with support as needed depending on your level
• Prepare and draft legal documents, court applications, and binding financial agreements
• Represent clients in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings where appropriate
• Collaborate with Partners and senior team members on complex and high-value matters
• Maintain strong and professional client relationships through regular communication and service excellence
• Contribute to the development of junior lawyers and legal assistants (for Senior Associates)
• Actively engage in business development, networking, and promoting the firm's family law practice

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Minimum 2+ years PAE in family law
• Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and court procedures
• Experience in negotiation, litigation, and drafting legal documents
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Client-focused, team-oriented, and proactive in your approach
• Permanent residency or Australian working rights required
