About the Role
Lead a dedicated team supporting boys and young men in Out of Home Care in Port Hedland, WA. Manage daily operations, provide supervision, and ensure therapeutic, trauma-informed support. Includes two rostered shifts per week.

Duties
• Supervise and support male youth workers
• Oversee staffing, rosters, and daily care
• Guide trauma-informed therapeutic practice
• Ensure compliance with care plans and reports
• Manage incidents, feedback, and outcomes
Skills & Experience
• Leadership in OOHC or complex youth care
• Strong crisis and behaviour management
• Knowledge of trauma and care legislation
• Strong admin and digital skills
• Valid WWCC, Driver’s Licence
