About The Role

You’ll be carrying out a variety of hands-on maintenance and minor project tasks across a diverse mix of clients and properties. Work will include:

General building maintenance (doors, locks, fixtures, repairs)

Small refurbishments and renovations

Minor carpentry, plastering, patching and painting

Reactive and preventative maintenance tasks

Works across independent living units, community housing (non-Housing Trust), and commercial clients

You’ll be supported by a strong business support team so you can focus on the trade work — not chasing approvals, quotes or scheduling.

What You'll Need

Broad trade skills — ideally with a carpentry or similar trade background

Confidence with general building maintenance tasks

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Willingness to learn and use our digital systems

Current driver’s licence (mandatory)

White Card (preferred)

Experience in community, aged care or independent living maintenance (preferred)
