About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team at Winning Homes IQ', located in the heart of Perth, Western Australia. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our residential home sales division. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with our knowledgeable team and contribute to the overall strategic objectives of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively generating and nurturing leads to secure new business
• Conducting comprehensive market research to identify and target potential clients
• Organising first appointments through to closing the sale
• Negotiating and finalising sales contracts with buyers and sellers
• Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients and industry land partners
• Providing excellent customer service and guiding clients through the home building process
• Accurately documenting and reporting on all sales activities and performance
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in residential home sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Thorough knowledge of the local property market and the latest industry trends and regulations
• Highly motivated and driven, with a competitive spirit and a commitment to exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in using sales and marketing technologies, including customer relationship management (CRM) system
