About the Role

You'll lead from the front, inspiring a large and diverse team in a business where no two days look the same. From managing multimillion-dollar turnover, stock volumes and visual standards, to building a strong team culture and exceeding KPIs - this role requires energy, commercial acumen and a love for retail operations at scale.

What You'll Bring

Experience leading teams of 25+ in a high-volume, large-format or department store environment

A hands-on approach to training, development, and leading by example

Strength in stock management, shrinkage control and rostering for success

A deep understanding of the customer journey - from service to store presentation

The ability to thrive under pressure while keeping your team motivated and on track
