About the Role

We’re seeking a capable and results-driven SEO Specialist / Developer to work on-site from our Sydney CBD office. This is a rare opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a respected national brand while working directly with Nilesh Nandan, one of Australia’s best-known immigration lawyers.

Using WordPress, Semrush, and other tools, you’ll own and implement SEO improvements across our high-value practice area and location pages. You’ll be fixing, optimising, and scaling—not just reporting.

Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate already in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

– Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes across multiple domains using WordPress and Semrush
– Improve Core Web Vitals, page load times, and overall user experience (desktop and mobile)
– Optimise location-specific landing pages and core legal service content
– Address indexing issues, broken links, duplicate content, and schema implementation
– Guide internal linking strategies and keyword placement with content teams
– Monitor site health, rankings, and lead performance using Semrush, Search Console, and GA
– Deliver regular SEO performance reports and translate findings into action

What We’re Looking For

– Demonstrated experience in SEO, especially within WordPress environments
– Advanced knowledge of Semrush, Google Search Console, and technical SEO principles
– Familiarity with structured data, canonical tags, robots.txt, and sitemap best practices
– Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to act independently
– Clear communication skills and ability to work face-to-face in a team
– Based in Sydney or willing to relocate – this is not a remote position
– Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates currently onshore
