Master Glass Fencing is a leading specialist in premium glass fencing and balustrades. We’re seeking a skilled Senior Installer to join our growing team. This full-time role is based at our Mooroolbark head office, with daily travel to residential and commercial sites across Melbourne.

What you’ll be doing

Manage loading, transport, and setup of materials, ensuring efficient workflow

Oversee the interpretation of site plans and project specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality

Supervise/complete precise measurement and marking out of installations

Guide the installation of glass fencing and balustrades, ensuring compliance with specs and safety

Monitor maintenance and repairs on existing installations, managing priorities and timelines

Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and well-organised, enforcing OH&S procedures and company policies

Mentor and support installation team members, fostering skill development and teamwork

What we're looking for

Comfortable starting each day from our Mooroolbark-based head office

Willingness to travel daily across Melbourne (jobs vary by location)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in glass fencing or a similar trade role

Proven ability to lead and manage jobs, including coordinating teams and ensuring timely project completion

Proven ability to read and follow site plans and measurements

Skilled with power tools and equipment (e.g. core drills)

Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Physically fit and capable of manual labour

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Full driver’s licence and reliable transport

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.

Experience installing staircases, mirrors, and shower screens is a plus, but not essential.
