About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Roofer to join our team at B&J Metal Roofing in Smeaton Grange, NSW. As a Metal Roofer, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of metal roofing systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary with company car and fuel card and the opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

Measuring, cutting, and installing metal roofing materials, including sheets, flashings, and accessories

Repairing and maintaining existing metal roofing systems

Ensuring all work is carried out to industry standards and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Providing exceptional customer service and responding to client inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Metal Roofer, with a strong understanding of metal roofing systems and installation techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proficient in the use of hand and power tools required for metal roofing work

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
