We're currently hiring for a dynamic and rewarding sales role where you'll help everyday Australian businesses meet their communication needs. As a trusted partner of Telstra Business, you'll provide tailored solutions that support the smooth and successful operation of their businesses.

What You'll Do
Your day-to-day will include:
Answering inbound calls from small business owners, representing Telstra and promoting a wide range of its products and services.
Providing tailored advice that meets each customer’s needs.
Using empathetic and effective communication to deliver outstanding customer service.
Confidently handling and de-escalating customer concerns.
Adapting your schedule to be available when customers need us most.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
Excellent communication skills – listening, empathizing, and engaging with ease.
Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask.

Full availability Monday to Friday between 6 am and 5 pm (5 am to 4 pm during daylight saving).
