About the role

CBR Group is seeking a full-time Truck Driver to join our team in Hume, ACT. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate a range of commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials

Conduct pre-start checks and maintain vehicle logs and documentation

Deliver goods to customers within specified timeframes

Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients

Adhere to all relevant road rules, safety procedures and company policies

What we're looking for

A current HR, MR, HC driver's licence

Experience in the road transport industry, ideally within a similar role

Excellent driving skills and a strong focus on safety

Reliable, with a flexible and adaptable approach

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
