About the Role

The Hospitality Services Team Member supports our team in the daily operations of our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home. You will focus on delivering high-quality hospitality services that enhance the comfort and wellbeing of residents living with a disability .

Key Role Accountabilities:

Deliver high-quality catering, cleaning, and laundry services in a supportive team environment.

Build positive relationships with residents to understand and meet individual needs while respecting their dignity and independence.

Maintain safe and hygienic practices, including food safety and hazard awareness.

Uphold Our Model of Care, Values, and NDIS standards through professional and respectful conduct.
