Synaco by Synergie is seeking a reliable and experienced HR Driver with a Forklift Licence to join our client’s team based in Wingfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established and growing company that values safety, reliability, and a supportive team culture.

About the Role

• Deliver goods from Wingfield to various client sites
• Load trucks onsite using a forklift – clients unload at the delivery point
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and ensure loads are secured safely
• Maintain compliance with road safety and transport regulations
• Work independently and communicate effectively with the team

What We’re Looking For

• Valid HR Truck Licence
• Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Proven HR driving experience (metro or regional)
• Confident operating a forklift to load trucks as required
• You’ll be the face of the company at client sites, so a great attitude, professionalism, and good communication are essential
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to complete paperwork and follow delivery procedures

Shift Details

• Day Shift Only: Monday to Friday
• Start and finish times may vary slightly depending on delivery run
• Home every night!

Pay Rates & Benefits

• $36 – $38 casual per hour + penalties
• Full-time hours with consistent work
