Requirements

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and dataflows to support campaign performance tracking and business operations.
• Generate campaign target lists based on segmentation logic and business rules.
• Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Access and extract data from multiple sources including Azure SQL (BIDW), AWS CIJ/Redshift, and Oracle SQL Developer (CDRLive).
• Manipulate and transform data using Excel, Power Query, Knime, and Data360.
• Validate campaign journeys and performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Journey Builder and dashboards.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Telecommunications industry experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dataflows, dashboards, DAX).
• Strong SQL skills across:
• Azure SQL (BIDW)
• AWS CIJ/Redshift
• Oracle SQL Developer (CDRLive)
• Experience in campaign analytics, including targeting, segmentation, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in:
• Excel / Power Query
• Knime (file manipulation)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
