We are a local, family-owned business trading in the Port Stephens area for over 17 years. We a have a wide range of clients including real estates, home owners and business owners. Our trading hours are Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Installation Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in the installation of various blind, awning, shutter and other products, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service during installations and addressing any questions or concerns.

Adaptability: Successfully navigate different environments and work with a variety of styles and sizes in window, door and outdoor area settings, adapting installation techniques accordingly.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and support teams to coordinate installations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges, offering creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks of your installations to guarantee the functionality and aesthetics of the products.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license
• Experience in blind, awning and shutter installation is preferred but not essential. On the job training will be provided for the right applicant with strong building and/or handyman skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Effective communication skills, especially in client interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and technical diagrams.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Comfort with technology and the use of power tools used in the installation process.
• Commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when necessary.
