We are a dynamic and growing family-owned business based in Tweed Heads South, proudly servicing the Byron, Tweed, Gold Coast, and Brisbane regions. We are on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Glazier / Window Installer to become a valued part of our team.

About the Role

You will work across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Glass cutting and processing (all types)

Fabrication of aluminium windows and doors (residential & commercial)

Installation and maintenance of aluminium joinery

Hack outs and replacements

Installation of:

Shower screens

Wardrobes

Glass splashbacks

Glass balustrades & balconies

Pool fencing

Mirrors and more

Pick-ups, deliveries, and occasional site measurements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who takes pride in their craft and is ready to contribute to a positive, professional team. Ideal candidates will have:

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in glazing or window installation

Relevant trade qualifications (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Safe handling practices and efficient work methods

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A strong work ethic and reliability

Required:

Valid Driver’s Licence

White Card

Police Check

Work Permit (if applicable)

Own basic tools
