The Role
Joining our client’s Construction and Services department, the Fitter & Turner performs a mix of major project and maintenance work across milling plants, industrial sheds, and broader farm infrastructure. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, key responsibilities include:

• Maintain, repair, and upgrade feed mill systems, conveyor/handling equipment, and other shared facilities.
• Partake in large-scale projects surrounding the construction of sheds, processing plants, housing, and farming infrastructure.
• Perform specialised hydraulic repairs on a range of plant and equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement strategies, professional training sessions, and safety workshops.

Skills & Experience

• Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent
• Experience in feed mills, conveyors, or industrial settings
• Construction white card and valid driver’s licence
• Full Australian work rights
• Working at Heights, Confined Space, EWP, or HR licence (desirable)
• Restricted Electrical Licence (Highly desirable)
