This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time and Permanent Part Time positions. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2025.
Position Profile: In this role, you will be responsible for the triage and assessment of all referrals to the USW Community Mental Health Clinic. You will provide consultancy, liaison, and support to consumers, carers, and all stakeholders, both internal and external to the service, ensuring that quality care is maintained within the community.
