Our client, an independent Federally funded entity focused on helping the disability community is seeking an EL2 Director Operational Readiness to join their team in late August.

Responsibilities:

• Provide vision and high-level technical guidance on implementation of technical solutions and ensuring they fit operational and supportability requirements.
• Leading technical decision making, managing solution risks and issues, and providing specialist guidance and advice to project teams, architects, and project managers.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units and vendors, ensuring solutions align with agency objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, including those that are for information security, privacy, and data protection.

Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading complex technical delivery teams at a senior Level.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working in or for the federal government.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working in technology operational support teams.
• Experience leading service transition, operational readiness, or release management functions.
