We're recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded organisation that helps workers recover and return to work following injury. As a Monitored Claims Officer, you’ll manage a portfolio of low-risk claims, focusing on strong communication and early intervention to keep people on track.

About the Role
This is an ideal position for candidates with strong administrative or coordination backgrounds who want to step into a meaningful, people-focused role without the intensity of complex casework.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a large portfolio of straightforward injury claims
• Monitoring treatment progress and coordinating customer’s payments
• Maintaining regular communication with customers and providers
• Escalating any identified risks to specialist teams
• Ensuring accurate records are maintained at all times for auditing and liability management

What We’re Looking For

• Admin, allied health, or customer service experience
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to identify issues and act before they escalate – critical thinking skills are integral
