Your contribution:
• Develop systems, procedures and standards to support delivery of protected area management activities specifically related to First Nations engagement, post contact & Indigenous Cultural Heritage management and Native Title matters.
• Interpret and apply legislation and policies, produce procedures and training material, and communicate with influence with First Nations Groups and a wide
range of stakeholders.
• Implement, evaluate and provide advice on policies, procedures and legislation relating to the administration of the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service response to native title claims, native title determinations and other native title matters.
• Proactively build and sustain positive relationships and liaise and consult with relevant Government Departments and (as required) with local authorities, the
National Native Title Tribunal, Registered Native Title Body Corporates, Land Councils, peak industry groups, members of the public and Aboriginal people and
Torres Strait Islander people on matters relevant to native title claims, native title determinations and other native title matters.

About you
• You have developed and implemented continuous improvement programs and projects across multi-disciplinary teams.
• You're a strategic thinker, capable of building and designing programs and frameworks to achieve organisational imperatives and change initiatives.
• You're a deadline driven, high-level communicator with strategic and detailed project management abilities.
