A fantastic opportunity has opened for an Associate to join a growing national Employment & Industrial Relations team. Based in Brisbane, you’ll work closely with a highly experienced Special Counsel and collaborate with leading employment lawyers in Sydney and Melbourne.

This newly created role will see you advising on a broad range of employment matters including contracts, workplace investigations, performance management, discrimination and harassment claims, enterprise bargaining, award interpretation, and corporate support on transactions.

What we're looking for:

2–5 years’ experience in employment and IR law (private practice preferred)

Strong technical skills with a commercial and client-focused approach

Clear communicator and confident stakeholder manager

Collaborative mindset and team player with strong attention to detail
