Your New Role

As a Casual Maintenance Officer, you will assist with the upkeep and smooth operation of the school's buildings and grounds. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work and take pride in maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing general repairs and maintenance tasks
  
• Conducting routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance
  
• Assisting with event setups and pack-downs
  
• Maintaining outdoor areas and equipment
  
• Supporting the facilities team with ad hoc duties as required
  
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for students and staff
  

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience in a maintenance, maintenance person, or similar role
  
• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work
  
• A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  
• A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
