Operating out of our state-of-the-art facility in Baranduda, we are proud to be a family-owned and operated business delivering high-quality solutions across the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based out of our Baranduda VIC 3691 facility, the successful applicant must be able to work within a dynamic team and perform tasks that align with their trade qualification or specialist field. Tasks vary and may include welding, hydraulics, auto electrical, fabrication, machining, maintenance and general mechanical repairs. There is an opportunity to excel in the field of your trade and/or learn new skills. The business prides itself on diversity and flexibility.

We currently have available MULTIPLE full-time positions for either:

Mechanical Fitters

Boilermakers

Fitter Machinists

Heavy OR Light Mechanics

Hydraulic Specialists

Auto Electricians

REQUIREMENTS

Strong focus on safe work practices

Relevant trade qualification

Major maintenance and equipment refurbishing

Sound understanding of mechanical components and processes

Understanding of hydraulic and electrical principles

Ability to diagnose faults, generate and implement solutions

Off-site scheduled maintenance, breakdowns and repairs as required

Maintain accurate service records

Ensure work areas, tools and equipment are maintained in a clean, tidy and safe condition

ESSENTIAL

Sound mechanical knowledge OR trade background OR previous experience in a similar role.

This position will suit someone who has sound mechanical aptitude and a passion for general fabrication, welding and mechanical repairs. Due to the nature of the business, the position may involve some travel to locations throughout NSW, ACT, VIC and QLD via the companies planned and flexible rotational roster (approx 6 weeks per annum). All transport, accommodation and meals are paid by the company whilst working away. LAHA is also payable. Ample overtime is available.
