In this student-facing role, you'll help shape the learning experience of students through the implementation of inclusive practice in the design and delivery of education and training programs.
We're seeking an enthusiastic Accessibility Consultant to join our Accessibility and Equity team to support students by developing and implementing reasonable educational adjustments, promoting culturally safe and inclusive practices and community wellbeing. You’ll play a key role in supporting and guiding students, academics, student facing staff and other key service areas.

Position Requirements
Demonstrated experience and capability working in the field of disability or related equity areas.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a small team and ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Demonstrated high level of self-motivation, organisation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple activities concurrently.
Proven ability to demonstrated initiative and independently prioritise work to manage a caseload of campus-based and online learners with minimal supervision.
A relevant degree with at least four years subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
