What We’re Looking For:

Open to Growth – We want someone who embraces feedback and strives for continuous improvement. Our salon fosters a culture of learning and evolving, always aiming to do things a little better, regardless of experience.

Fully Qualified Hairdresser – We’re looking for a confident stylist who’s fully qualified and has a bit of experience behind the chair. Whether you’re still building your clientele or already established, we’d love to hear from you.

Full-Time Applicants.

Team Player – Willing to collaborate, learn, and grow alongside a supportive team.

Hair Extension Experience (A Big Bonus) - If you have experience working with hair extensions, that’s a huge advantage. We offer a lot of extension services in salon, so confidence in this area is a big plus (but not essential).

What we pay: EARN $100,000+

We offer a strong hourly rate with an achievable commission structure on top. From day one, we’ll sit down with you to map out a clear plan to reach $100K+ annually — whether it’s through steady pay rises or unlocking higher commission tiers, you’ll always know what you’re working toward.

Hourly Rate: $32-$40+ (Depending on experience)
