About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Hairdresser to join our dynamic team at Naturally SAS Hair & Beauty in Gladstone, QLD. As a fulltime Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our valued clients, showcasing your expertise and creative flair.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality haircuts, styling, colouring and other hairstyling services to clients

Providing personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend the best treatments

Maintaining a professional and hygienic work environment

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and seamless operations

Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Assisting with the supervision and mentoring of junior stylists, as required

Strong technical skills in a wide range of hairstyling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments

Excellent customer service and communication skills
