Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking highly motivated and qualified ARC Track Protection Officer to join our team, alongside our major mining partner on a FIFO basis from Perth to the Pilbara.

ROLE DETAILS:

Job Title: Track Protection Officer

Location: Port Hedland - FIFO From Perth

Roster: 2/2 - fly in Wed am fly out Tues PM

Pay Rate: $81.50 per hour + Superannuation

As a Track Protection Officer, you will hold a vital position in safeguarding the rail corridor by ensuring all activities are conducted safely and in line with regulations. Your responsibilities will include applying and upholding safety procedures, managing safe access to the tracks, interpret and manage site documentation including Safe Notices, Train Operating Conditions Waivers, Site Rail Diagrams, and Worksite Procedures and leading daily Pre-Work Briefings with operational crews.

This role is crucial to supporting the safe and smooth delivery of track maintenance and project work. You will serve as the primary link between the rail network and on-site teams, actively promoting risk management and ensuring seamless operational coordination.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in rail sector
• Arc Qualification
• Cert II or III in Track Protection
• WA Drivers License - HR required
• White Card
• 4WD Training
• Reside within WA at time of application
• Full Australian working rights
• National Police Clearance within 6 months - or be willing to obtain
• Ability to Pass a Full Medical including Drug and Alcohol Screening
