  • Standard working hours of 8.30am-4.30pm Monday – Friday.

What is the role?

  • Respond to customer and consumer enquiries via phone, email and live chat;
  • Build positive connections with consumers to strengthen brand loyalty and support sales;
  • Support customers with any product related queries;
  • Deliver exceptional service that supports customers throughout their DIY journey; and
  • Capture and report on customer insights to help improve products and services.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, or hands-on experience in the DIY/hardware retail industry;
  • This role could also suit a tradie looking to step off the tools, or a DIY enthusiast who knows their way around home improvement products;
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to provide clear, friendly and professional support across phone, email, chat and social media;
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine desire to create a great customer experience; and
  • Confidence using systems and a high level of attention to detail when logging enquiries and following up.
