This is a hands-on position suited to individuals who take pride in creating a safe, clean, and nurturing environment, while also supporting residents with dignity and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Assistance: Support residents with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, medication administration, and monitoring overall health and wellbeing.
• Domestic Duties: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene by performing routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, sanitising surfaces) and managing laundry tasks (washing, drying, and organising clothes and linens).
• Resident Engagement: Offer emotional support, build meaningful connections, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in residential aged care.
• Domestic Skills: High standards in cleaning and laundry, with strong attention to hygiene and detail.
• Personal Qualities: Empathetic, dependable, and a strong communicator who thrives working both independently and in a team.
