An exceptional role has emerged for a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join their forward-thinking finance team. Working under the guidance of Credit Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key functions including:

Facilitate monthly meetings to analyse comprehensive debtor reports, document action items, and ensure follow-through

Implement multi-channel client communication strategies for overdue accounts, utilising phone calls, emails, and formal written correspondence

Document and maintain detailed records of all client interactions and payment arrangements

Accurately process and update financial records in a timely manner while efficiently utilising scheduling systems

Deliver consistent debt status updates and collection progress reports to the Credit Manager

Manage a large portfolio of client accounts comprising up to 1,000 active invoices

Ad-hoc duties as required by management

To be considered for this role you will possess a minimum of 3-4 years of collections or billing experience within a fast pace high volume environment. You'll demonstrate excellent communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in our collaborative, results-oriented team atmosphere.
