THE CLIENT
Due to company growth there is an opportunity for an AR/ credit collection specialists to join the friendly finance team. This role will suit someone who can take ownership of their work managing their accounts and build strong relationships with stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in a supportive team.

THE ROLE

• Identify outstanding AR
• Investigating data
• Collections of outstanding debts
• Minimise overdue balances
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolving customer queries and issues
• Preparing reports

THE PERSON

• Understanding of Credit Control/ end to end AR
• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Great customer service skills - stakeholder relationship management
• High level of attention to details
• Strong organisational goals
