Senior Java Developer - Permanent role: Melbourne based

We are currently seeking multiple Senior Software Developers with a focus on Backend to become integral members of our client's dynamic engineering team.

Important bits:
Location: Melbourne CBD (3 office days per week - Non negotiable)
Salary: Up to $160K+Super
Eligibility: Must have Full Working Rights (AU PR/Citizen)

Key Criteria:

• 10+ years experience, working in Java (using 17&21) + Springboot and experience with AWS or Azure.
• The Senior Software Developer will take accountability of the solution delivery within the squad through hands on development, mentoring and enhancing internal standards to produce quality outcomes.
• While ReactJS experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory
• Experience working in an AGILE/SCRUM team.
• As a Senior, we expect you to come with some mentoring experience and examples of times you've helped Juniors.
• We are looking for Engineers with a mindset of always wanting to explore and not just take orders but happy to question things, suggest better ways of working, have a voice in the team!
