About the role

Westcoast Roofs Pty Ltd is a well respected and leading roofing business servicing the Mandurah and surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced qualified Roof Plumber/Leading hand to join our growing team in Mandurah, WA. This is a full-time position where for the right applicant will be a leading hand role. We specialise in re-roofing, re-gutters, wall cladding and work with a wide variety of projects.

What you'll be doing

Working on both residential and commercial roofs, providing a high standard of work with efficiency and attention to detail.

Working with both metal and tiled roofs. Leak detection and rectification, re-gutters, re-roofs & new roofs, cladding and patios.

Liaise with clients, team members and other contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Mentor and guide junior tradespeople.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a qualified Roof Plumber, with demonstrated leadership skills.

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail with experience on both tiled and metal roofs.

Punctuality and reliability are a must.

Strong knowledge of roof plumbing techniques, building codes and safety standards.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work independently and part of a team. Leadership role experience is highly desirable.

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation, trade certificate, working at heights and other related industry qualifications.
