Roof Force is a Perth based business with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, providing high quality residential and commercial roofing throughout Western Australia. We are experiencing continued growth and are looking for motivated, proactive, and experienced Roof Plumbers to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a Final Fix Roof Plumber at Roof Force, you will attend residential construction sites nearing completion to carry out final fittings, adjustments, and clean-up tasks related to roof plumbing. Your role is critical in ensuring every detail is finished to a high standard, delivering a professional result for the client and supporting a smooth handover process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Final Stage Production

Attend sites at or near completion to complete unfinished or outstanding roof plumbing tasks

Install, adjust, or refit components such as downpipes, flashings, cappings, rain heads, and overflows

Seal and waterproof minor gaps, joints, or interfaces as required

Clean up roof plumbing-related waste and ensure the site is left tidy and presentable

Identify and rectify minor defects or incomplete work in line with Roof Force quality standards

Provide updates on completed works and outstanding items

2. Safety & Risk Mitigation

Work in accordance with WHS standards, especially on live or near-handover sites

Ensure tools and materials are managed safely and respectfully around other trades and finishes

Report any on-site risks or safety issues immediately

3. Stakeholder Engagement

Communicate respectfully and clearly with site supervisors, internal teams, and occasionally clients

Coordinate with construction and service teams to avoid rework or delays

Maintain a professional presence on-site, protecting the company’s reputation

4. Personal Qualities

Detail-oriented with a pride in neat, quality finishing

Able to work independently and efficiently across multiple sites

Problem-solving mindset with a practical, hands-on approach

Physically fit and capable of completing work in elevated and exposed areas

Tech-savvy enough to record completed work or update task tracking apps

Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to team success

Skills & Qualifications

Certificate III in Roof Plumbing or equivalent

4-5 years experience as a roof plumber working in residential construction, with expertise in final-stage work

Current White Card

Valid Driver’s Licence

Working at Heights ticket (preferred)
