The Role
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for our onsite behavioural coaching program and growth in the SA market. The success of the Prevention Programs is a direct result of their proven approach and the integrated use of their behavioural coaching programs, through motion capture software and movement sensor technologies to objectively measure movement and outcomes, and deliver evidence-based, targeted programs to improve the health of employees.
- Manage a constant flow of clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Use proprietary wearable technology and other technologies to objectively measure movement and deliver evidence-based, targeted programs.
- Implement prevention programs, work with diverse individuals and groups, and provide feedback to onsite management.
- Optimise the Prevention Program to reduce the physical risk profile of onsite workers.
- Report to the State Manager about onsite initiatives and implement projects collaboratively.
- Attend on-site visits for the purposes of undertaking initial and workplace assessments, or Functional Assessments
- Liaising with the agent, employer, injured worker and staff through Prudence Rehabilitation
- Make active strides towards achieving return to work outcomes
- Encourage feedback from clients to improve service
- Ensure reports are accurate and submitted within the timeframe as required by regulatory compliance
- Work within a supportive team environment that emphasizes prevention and liaison with the workforce.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining a collaborative approach.
- Utilise an evidence-based approach in all aspects of the role.
- Engage with a diverse clientele and deliver health prevention messages to a wide range of stakeholders
What we are looking for
Qualifications & Experience
- ESSA Accreditation: Hold ESSA Accreditation.
- Clinical background, workplace health and safety, sports, or training.
- Demonstrate a passion for applying ES/EP skills.
Technical Competencies
- Capable of learning and using technology for both administration and delivery of EP programs.
- Knowledge of relevant assessment tools and processes.
- Ability to prescribe adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
Behavioural Competencies
- Outstanding communicator able to deliver health prevention messages effectively.
- Self-driven, able to work autonomously, set, and achieve goals.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
Registration & Accreditations
- Cleared Police Check within the last twelve months.
- Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.
- Valid driver's license.
- Maintain registration with the appropriate body (e.g., AHPRA or ESSA).
- Drug and Alcohol, Audiometry testing experience is advantageous but not necessary
