Implement innovative measures for injury prevention, harnessing some of the latest technology and equipment
Provide early intervention, on-the-spot clinical advice, triage, treatment and more
Facilitate in the return-to-work of injured workers as you assist them in re-building independence through treatment and case management
Build long-term relationships as you work onsite directly with managers and teams
Monthly travel to regional SA with all expenses paid
Flexible working conditions with the autonomy to work from home when not on-site

The role:
Provide a range of relevant assessments including pre-employment screening, functional assessments, worksite assessments and more
Conduct risk assessments to identify high-risk tasks and act to improve safety
Initiate and manage injury prevention projects that are the perfect blend between innovation and simplicity
Provide treatment, triage, and early intervention to musculoskeletal injuries
Offer stress and wellbeing support
Manage the return to health and work of injured workers with aims to enhance their independence
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and build lasting relationships
Requirements:
Tertiary Qualifications in either Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy with ESSA Membership or AHPRA Registration
Minimum of 1 years clinical or occupational rehabilitation experience
Excellent communication and rapport building skills
Driver’s license and car
