Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Capricorn Aged Care Facility

Employment Term: 12 months maternity leave contract - Night Duty Nurse - 6 shifts - Monday - Friday

Location: Capricorn Aged Care Facility

Remuneration: $43.03 - $54.46 (based on experience) permanent base rate + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances

Retention bonuses of up to $12,500 over 12 months (based on FTE)

As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope

• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements

• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs

• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met

• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills

• Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.

• General nursing experience, post-registration

• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
