Wagners is seeking a motivated and reliable Senior Store Person to oversee incoming deliveries, outgoing orders and stock control at our Toowoomba location.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse and customer service experience who’s ready to step up and take ownership of our store operations.

Full Time Role, Monday to Friday (38 hours). Some overtime is required. Operational hours can change to meet business needs.

Rates $29.40 - $35.90 per hour (depending on experience) + Super + penalties + overtime

Key Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of products

Prepare and dispatch customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality

Receive and check deliveries, managing over/under supply issues

Maintain clean and professional store presentation

Operate forklift to store and move goods (if licensed. Training can be provided)

Deliver friendly and effective customer service

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately

Assist with stocktakes and general store maintenance

Follow all WHS procedures and company policies

What we're looking for

Prefer Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations, stock control and dispatch (not essential)

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Experience with customer service and handling physical/manual tasks

A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications (not essential)

Current forklift licence

Current driver licence
