💼 About the Role

Position: Certificate III Educator (Full-time)

Age Group: 0–2 years.

Work-life Balance: Enjoy a 9-day fortnight (for full-time employees)

Location: Diamond Creek, VIC

You will:

Support and nurture infants and toddlers in a calm, engaging, and sensory-rich environment.

Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.

Foster meaningful connections with families and the local community.

Embed our center’s nature-based, play-focused philosophy in everyday experiences.

💚 About You

You are someone who:

Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).

Has a genuine passion for working with very young children.

Thrives in nature-inspired environments and believes in the power of outdoor learning.

Brings warmth, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to your work.

Holds (or is willing to obtain): First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training; a Working with Children Check; and Child Protection Training.

Has full Australian working rights.
