About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a center that values professionalism, innovation, and genuine care for children.

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Building trusting and respectful relationships with children and families

Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports each child’s individual needs and interests

Working collaboratively with a team of dedicated educators and contributing to a positive team culture

Maintaining accurate documentation of children’s learning and development

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and centre policies

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an educator who is:

Genuinely passionate about early childhood education

Caring, reliable, and proactive in supporting children’s wellbeing

A great team player with strong communication skills

Essential Requirements:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early childhood education

Strong observation, documentation, and planning skills

Australian residency or valid work rights
